At the very beginning there were events of the Wise leadership Group brought to life from Claude Heini.

On November 7th 2017 the Center of Wise Leadership was founded by Claude Heini, Caitlin Krause and Melanie Gajowski. It is currently being reorganised and integrated into the Claude Heini Potential GmbH. Claude Heini is and stays the CEO of CoWLS.

A special thanks goes out to Caitlin Krause and Melanie Gajowski for their year-long support for the vision. They keep continuing to connect their individual work with Wise Leadership and carry the vision out in the world.
